Refund Policy

 

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed through Homelucira (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”).

1. Validity Period

Requests for return or exchange can be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if one of the following applies:

  1. Product appearance issues

  2. Product quality issues

  3. Product odor, severe color variation, or similar concerns

  4. Items received do not match the order

  5. Return or exchange without reason

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

Returns and exchanges follow the same steps:

  1. Contact us by email or phone with your request and provide: order number, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and photos or videos showing the issue.

  2. Our support team will process your request during business hours. If approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and share return instructions.

  3. You must send the item back to the designated return address below and wait for the item to reach us:

  4. After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it based on your stated reasons.
    • If approved for a return, the refund will be arranged.
    • If approved for an exchange, replacement processing will begin.

4. Exchange Dispatch

For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection is completed.

5. Refund Instructions

Once the return is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
If delays occur, please contact us for assistance.

6. Fee Rules

  1. For appearance issues, quality issues, odor or severe color deviation, or receiving the wrong item, all shipping costs are covered by us.

  2. For returns or exchanges without reason, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the ordering party.

7. Responsibility Statement

Returned items must be complete and in good condition, including product, packaging, and included materials.
Damage, stains, missing parts, or improper use may affect eligibility for return or exchange.
Transport-related loss or damage is managed by the carrier; we will assist communication but are not liable.
Costs caused by incorrect delivery information or unsuccessful delivery attempts are borne by the ordering party.
