Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Range
We currently provide shipping across Australia nationwide.
Locations outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
• Orders of 80.99 AUD or above (including 80.99 AUD) receive free shipping.
• Orders below 80.99 AUD incur a 6.99 AUD shipping charge.
3. Taxes
All displayed product prices include tax. No extra tax will be added at checkout.
4. Cut-off Time
Orders submitted before 18:00 (AEST/AEDT) will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
If submitted on a rest day, processing will start on the following business day.
5. Shipping Processing Time
Orders are expected to be processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
6. Shipping Timeframe
Once shipped, the estimated overall shipping time is 5–10 business days.
This estimate may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics network workload.

After dispatch, tracking information will be provided.

During transit, the shipment is handled by the selected carrier.
If delays, loss, or damage occur, we will assist in communicating with the carrier.
Issues resulting from incorrect shipping details or failure to receive parcels may lead to delays, returned parcels, or added charges borne by the ordering party.
10. Receipt Notice
Upon receiving the parcel, please check the outer packaging.
If visible damage or irregularities are found, contact the carrier immediately and notify us so we may assist.
